Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You may use the electronic cancellation function below. It is optional; an email is also sufficient.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice of cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If goods are incorrect or defective, please contact us before sending them back so that we can agree on the appropriate solution and, where applicable, return costs.
