7. Direct purchases and Stripe

When you start a direct purchase on this website, your product selection, variants, personalisation details, delivery country, shipping method and calculated amount are first stored in an order database at Cloudflare. You are then redirected to Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes data needed for payment and fraud prevention, in particular payment data, name, email address, billing address and shipping address. After confirmed payment, 3DBlackMT receives the order, contact and shipping data required to fulfil the order. 3DBlackMT does not process or store complete card data.

8. Electronic cancellation and email delivery

When you use the electronic cancellation function, we process your name, email address, order reference, voluntary message and the time of receipt. This data is processed to receive the cancellation and send the legally required confirmation of receipt.

We use Resend, Inc. to send withdrawal and order confirmations. Sending is technically carried out through the EU region Ireland. According to Resend, account, log and technical metadata may in part be processed in the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Section 356a German Civil Code for withdrawal confirmations and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for order confirmations.
